Services To Individuals

Facemodelling Artistry Ltd provides a range of services and this includes, but is not limited to, providing Post-graduate Training for individuals to attend and examinations some of which may lead to membership of professional bodies/associations.

Personal data may include name, contact details, address, medical records (where there is a medical condition), copies of qualifications and certificates, membership data, bank details and any other specifically relevant data.

Business Contacts

Personal data from our contacts that covers both potential and prior customers, journalists and media contacts, as well as potential and past tutors/staff, is securely archived with restricted access and other appropriate safeguards where there is a need to continue to retain it. We will periodically review this data to ensure that it is still relevant and necessary. This information is entered onto the system after contact is made between a staff member of Facemodelling Artistry Ltd and a business contact individual.

Where personal data on business contacts is held, it is used for a number of purposes as follows: to promote and develop our services, eg. Testimonials, for the hosting and facilitating of events: e.g. courses, for administration and management: e.g. to process course bookings.

Personal data that may be stored in the Facemodelling Artistry Ltd systems include; but are not limited to, name, e-mail address, physical address, job title and details of the initial meeting. The servers powering and facilitating that cloud infrastructure are located in secure data centres and personal data may be stored in any one of them.
