GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Entry to all courses is at the discretion of the Directors.

If necessary, learners might be given an interview to assess their suitability for the course.

Requirements for entry as a follow:

  • Learners must hold a recognisable qualification of NVQ level 2 or equivalent as well as up to date insurance for face/body treatments.
  • Learners must agree to revise all underpinning knowledge provided prior to the course commencement (if applicable)
  • Learners must attend a pre agreed training days for the full duration of the course.
  • Learners are required to practise and carry out case studies with evidence.
  • Learners will be registered upon full payment; all fees are non-refundable from this date.
  • Learners are not considered to be booked for the course unless they pay the deposit or full price for the course.
  • Learners must wear a comfortable, plain top and trousers or beauty uniform with flat shoes.
  • Hair must be tied up and off face
  • Nails must be short during training days
  • In some instances, you will be required to remove piercings.
  • You must inform the tutor if you suffer from any specific cosmetic/food/ingredient intolerance or allergy and any other conditions that may prevent or restrict you from participating in a chosen training course
  • During case studies you will need to obtain student insurance and must be clear to your clients you are not yet qualified until Director/Tutor has signed off you work and you receive a written confirmation that you are allowed to perform specific treatment on clients.

 

Payment and Refund Policy

All courses must be paid in full at least 28 days before course commencement (unless agreed differently or following instalments plan)

Deposit for securing a placement on the course is applicable:

Face-Remodelling £300;

Eastern European Lifting Techniques £150;

Face-Contouring Lymphatic Drainage £250

Once paid, deposits cannot be refunded under any circumstances and in the unlikely event that the course is cancelled by the tutor, it will be transferred for an alternative course date.

If course bookings are cancelled by the student 28 days or more prior to the course start date, then the course fee can be transferred in full to an alternative course date.

No refund will be made for bookings cancelled by the student less than 28 days prior to the start date. However, pending availability we might be able to transfer the course fee to the next available course.

In the unlikely event the course is cancelled by the tutor, the course fee will be transferred to the next available date.

You are able to reschedule your course once, for the next available date within 3 months.

We regret that we cannot provide refunds or a transfer to another date for non-attendance on the day of the course.

We will not provide a refund for any accommodation or travel costs booked in conjunction with the training which is cancelled.

Course organiser does not cover any costs related to student’s accommodation and travel for and during the training.

 

In the unlikely event that Facemodelling Artistry Ltd cancels, postpones, reschedules or discontinues any course due to circumstances beyond its control, we reserve the right to give 24 hours notice.
